Our office accepts most PPO insurance plans, but we suggest that you contact your provider and our office before your appointment. Insurance can seem complicated, and as a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim and work with you to maximize your coverage.
Our office cannot determine your insurance benefits, and no dental insurance covers all of your treatments. It is a good idea to review your coverage before your visit, and please remember that copays, out-of-pocket expenses and payment for services that are not covered by insurance are due at the time of your visit.
